An applicant must have superior customer service and communication skillsespecially by telephone as well aspersonal customer interaction skills. A good candidate should possess a confident friendly and persuasive voice capable of handling arange ofsituationsrelating tonew customers and existing clients.
Training in automotive database and customer relationship management systems (CRM) isprovided.
Pay scale is strong hourly with additionalperformance bonuses.
