Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Hours Per Week

Our client a wellestablished and vibrant nursery is looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team. Set in a nurturing environment with a beautiful garden and outdoor learning area this nursery provides a fun and engaging space for children aged 3 months to 5 years to explore play and thrive.

The Nursery Practitioner will be an integral part of the team helping to create a warm and stimulating environment where children feel safe confident and inspired to learn. With a strong focus on outdoor learning and handson experiences this role is perfect for someone who enjoys fostering creativity curiosity and independence in young children.

What Youll Need

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children in an early years setting
  • A warm patient and nurturing approach to childcare
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Passion for creating a fun and enriching learning environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing highquality care and education to children in line with EYFS guidelines
  • Planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to different age groups
  • Supporting childrens emotional and social development through positive interactions
  • Maintaining a safe clean and welcoming environment for all children
  • Building strong relationships with families to support each childs progress
  • Observing and assessing childrens development ensuring their needs are met
  • Working collaboratively with a friendly and professional team
