Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Hours Per Week
Our client a wellestablished and vibrant nursery is looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team. Set in a nurturing environment with a beautiful garden and outdoor learning area this nursery provides a fun and engaging space for children aged 3 months to 5 years to explore play and thrive.
The Nursery Practitioner will be an integral part of the team helping to create a warm and stimulating environment where children feel safe confident and inspired to learn. With a strong focus on outdoor learning and handson experiences this role is perfect for someone who enjoys fostering creativity curiosity and independence in young children.
What Youll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children in an early years setting
- A warm patient and nurturing approach to childcare
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Passion for creating a fun and enriching learning environment

Key Responsibilities
- Providing highquality care and education to children in line with EYFS guidelines
- Planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to different age groups
- Supporting childrens emotional and social development through positive interactions
- Maintaining a safe clean and welcoming environment for all children
- Building strong relationships with families to support each childs progress
- Observing and assessing childrens development ensuring their needs are met
- Working collaboratively with a friendly and professional team
