Startingwage is 27.00/hr up to $2.50 shift differential available
As a LPN you will advocate on behalf of the individuals we for a caseload of residents to monitor and develop health care plans pass medications admit/discharge residents and perform resident assessments as needed.Musthave Iowa License.
Schedule:Will be required to work some weekends and holidays.
Fulltime: Option to work 8 or 10 hour shifts.
Parttime: Flexible hours available.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect
- Develops reviews and revises individual health care plans
- Administers medication and performs treatments
- Assists in admitting transferring and discharging individuals
- Recognizes and interprets symptoms: assesses medical needs and obtains care as appropriate
- Responds appropriately to emergency situations
