We are seeking a consultant to conduct a Readiness Assessment to evaluate our agencys preparedness to design build and maintain a secure robust moderately complex application inhouse. The assessment should analyse the capabilities of our IT departmentincluding staffing architecture platform development approach and governance processesand identify risks gaps and areas for improvement. The consultant will deliver findings recommendations and a roadmap to help ensure we are positioned for a successful inhouse build.

Scope:
- Conduct an indepth Readiness Assessment of agencys internal IT department.
- Technical organizational process readiness evaluation for application build.
- Assess current platform architecture security posture and tools used.
- Review development methodologies staffing capabilities and governance practices.
- Identify gaps risks and areas for improvement.
- Deliver a comprehensive report with findings actionable recommendations and a roadmap for achieving readiness.
- Align assessment with the requirements of developing applications using Microsoft technologies.
- Consider existing publicly available funding reports in the system design considerations.
