Job Description
The Temple Frederick is seeking a qualified sales professional to join our Enrollment Team. The Temple currently has two Campuses located in Annapolis & Frederick MD.
Admissions Role
Admissions is the first point of contact for prospective Future Professionals looking to pursue their educational/career goals in the beauty industry. You must desire to help make a difference in peoples lives while understanding that your role is salesbased. This person will guide prospective Future Professionals through the entire recruitment/enrollment process genuinely and ethically.
Responsible for lead communication and leading tours to prospective Future Professionals onsite and virtually. Supporting events to promote onsite and offsite recruitment throughout the year that are hosted thru the School.
What We Are Looking For
This position requires the candidate to contribute in a busy highenergy Cosmetology School. You must bring a positive and professional attitude. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and the ability to manage goaldriven daily tasks enthusiastically and professionally. The candidate must be highly selfmotivated to meet and exceed enrollment goals. This position requires confidence resilience strong organizational and communications skills exceptional persistence a high level of commitment and the ability to guide and motivate others.
Skills/Competencies Required:
- Maintain honesty enthusiasm and professionalism in all situations.
- Schedule and complete campus tours covering program information campus services key compliance points and program outcomes
- Maintain monitored followup with all leads according to established processes.
- Maintain lead database in an honest organized errorfree manner
- Consistently meet or exceed established individual production goals
- Contact candidates assigned to them using the phone email and other approved methods.
- Passion for the beauty industry
- Solid work history with verifiable references
- Work seamlessly with the existing enrollment team to meet enrollment goals
- A belief in always doing the right thing
