The Job
As the EDIs Real Estate Development and Program Implementation Manager you will lead develop and implement key strategies for real estate acquisition development and program implementation designed to advance Seattles antidisplacement and equitable development goals. EDI funding supports communityserving organizations during their funded projects planning delivery and performance (operation and service provision) phases.

This job is classified as a Strategic Advisor 2 General Government and is covered by the Civil Service System. The salary range for this classification is $54.60 $81.93 and the target salary is $67.00 $69.68.
Work Location and Hours: This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule. Individual schedules will be based on agreement between the employee and management. This position may occasionally involve work on nights and weekends for meetings and events but typically follows a standard 85 or 96 work hours at the EDI offices in Downtown Seattle.
