Role Summary:
Were seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own our growth marketing initiatives globally with primary focus on web lifecycle and experimentation strategies while also collaborating to set direction for paid media and social media campaigns. This role will drive user acquisition trial conversions and revenue growth across our platforms including our ecommerce product as well as our professional AI video model Marey and our portfolio of AI video offerings. Youll play a critical role in scaling our business by identifying and implementing growth opportunities that bring our powerful AI technology to creative professionals worldwide.
What youll do:
As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Moonvalley youll develop and execute datadriven growth strategies to accelerate user acquisition and revenue. You will:
Drive Growth Metrics: Own critical KPIs including new user acquisition trial starts lead generation payback period and revenue across global markets with primary focus on US Canada Europe and select Asian markets.
Lead Web Development & Optimization: guide crossfunctional teams of developers and designers leveraging A/B testing conversion rate optimization and AIdriven personalization to increase lead generation and trial conversions.
Build Lifecycle Marketing Programs: Design and execute multichannel lifecycle marketing campaigns across email inapp and other channels to nurture users through their journey increase activation and drive retention.
Create Experimentation Roadmap: Develop a structured experimentation roadmap in partnership with analytics driving continuous improvement across channels and touchpoints.
Enhance Paid & Social Performance: Collaborate with paid and social media channel owners to ensure these channels are optimized for growth and product usage providing strategic input on targeting messaging and conversion funnels.
Explore Emerging Channels: Proactively identify and test new marketing channels and tactics that can drive longterm growth for our professional AI video and other products.
Implement AIDriven Workflows: Use AI tools and low/nocode platforms to streamline workflows enhance marketing velocity and scale personalized experiences.
Analyze Performance Data: Apply advanced analytics as well as measurement techniques like incrementality lift testing and MMM to evaluate campaign effectiveness identify growth opportunities and make datadriven recommendations for optimizing the customer journey.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product Engineering Sales and Customer Success teams to align growth initiatives with product development and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Drive Product Utilization: Own product utilization metrics for selfserve users and partner with Customer Success to grow adoption and retention among enterprise accounts.
What were looking for:
We are looking for a highly analytical and executionoriented growth marketer who can thrive in our fastpaced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
7 years of growth or performance marketing experience with a proven track record of driving user acquisition conversion and revenue metrics in B2B or B2B2C environments
Experience with web optimization lifecycle marketing paid media social media and multichannel campaign management as well as experience managing influencer campaigns ideally in a B2B or B2B2C setting
Expertise in setting ABM strategy and executing ABM campaigns in collaboration with sales
Familiarity with incrementality testing geo lift tests attribution models and MMM
Ability to build AIpowered workflows using no/lowcode platforms potentially involving APIs and other technical solutions
Proficiency with low and nocode AI agentic platforms analytics tools CRM systems Framer or other nocode website builders and lifecycle email platforms
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets including strong experience with experimentation methodologies A/B testing and datadriven optimization
Experience marketing AI or other advanced technology products to sophisticated as well as naive audiences
