About the Role
Were all about creating an amazing fun and confident atmosphere for the kiddos we serve and we need someone just as passionate to help make that happen. This is more than a jobits a chance to be part of a familylike team thats all about providing unreasonable hospitality moments for our customers. Youll be the friendly face (or voice) that parents and kids interact with so bringing your positive cando attitude every day is key.

What Youll Do
From answering phones helping with customer questions handing out a lot of bandaids or keeping our workspace organized youll be doing a bit of everything to keep things running smoothly.

- Greet and assist families with a smile
- Answer customer inquiries via phone email chat or inperson
- Provide support with signups and scheduling
- Keep our space tidy and organized
- Help with inventory and computer tasks
- Be a team player and bring that positive energy every day
What Were Looking For
Were after someone whos all about creating positive experiences. If youre naturally friendly quick on your feet and love problemsolving this could be the perfect fit for you. No experience No problem. Were ready to train the right person!
- Parttime position; morning/evening times available
- Entrylevel $11$18/hr (based on experience)
- Position available in all locations; Brecksville OH Powell OH & Tallmadge OH
