Job Description
Jack Flash is seeking a Warehouse & Distribution Specialist to execute its Warehouse & Distribution strategy across all store locations.

Jack Flash is a familyowned retailer in Illinois and Missouri that was founded in 1986 with just one location. Jack Flash currently operates 18 locations that include convenience stores truck stops liquor stores and car washes. We are dedicated to providing top notch customer service a fun environment and fantastic products.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Warehouse & Distribution Specialist is responsible for picking warehouse orders for all stores and works closely with the warehouse team to manage logistics of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day to day management of product and materials in and out of the warehouse for all divisions.
- Coordinate with all category managers to distribute products from all categories to stores.
- Communicate with Gifts & Novelties Team regarding reorders to the warehouse.
- Ability to pick up and deliver product from local vendors which requires a clean driving record.
- Maintain the warehouse pricetagging system where all items leaving the warehouse will be pretagged for each store.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of retail merchandising experience OR an Associates Degree from an accredited education institution in a business related field
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage time effectively
- Selfmotivated and entrepreneurial attitude
- Willingness to take on any task that is assigned including tasks that fall outside of daily responsibilities
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations related to inventory management and product invoicing
- Ability to read and interpret sales reports inventory ordering sheets and other critical documents
- Physically able to lift and or move up to 80 lbs and stand for up to 10 hours per day
- Using equipment generally used in a warehouse environment.
