Viterbo University invites applications for the Gift Processing and Prospect Data Coordinator. This position reports to the Senior Director for Donor Relations and Advancement Services. The Gift Processing and Prospect Data Coordinator provides support by utilizing the Blackbaud Raisers Edge/NXT (Re7/NXT) donor database while executing and developing database queries and reports spreadsheets for various communications as well as data analysis and troubleshooting issues on behalf of the users. This position will also conduct prospect research and provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders in alignment with Viterbos mission and guiding principles. This is a 12month fulltime nonexempt position.
