Responsibilities
Pediatrix is seeking an experienced neonatal nurse practitioners to join our team in Middle Tennessee on a per diem basis. Our team of 8 board certified Neonatologist and 25 NNPs staffs seven NICUs in the Nashville metropolitan area.
- Level III and Level II NICU coverage
- Candidates must possess strong wellbaby and sick baby assessment and management skills
- Delivery room resuscitation skills for the term and preterm infant required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Neonatal transport

Qualifications
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a masters degree and 1 year postgrad NNP experience
- Active TN or IMLC license preferred
- Clinical experience/case logs within the last year
Benefits and Compensation
Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.
We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W2 per diem position.
