The Opportunity:

No prior experience necessary to join our team. We offer complete training and the opportunity to obtain your level 1 general insurance license within 30 days of employment.

As a Personal Insurance Trainee you will be at the forefront of our sales team driving growth and delivering topnotch service to our clients. You will advise new and existing clients on how to best protect their assets when it comes to insurance. You will identify gaps in our clients coverage and will offer solutions proactively and creatively using a diverse selection of insurance products.

You will develop new business by cross selling and making referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines. You will have clear and achievable targets and support every step of the way.

This role is ideal for someone who is selfmanaging goaloriented and thrives in a fastpaced highvolume setting.

Continuous learning and development opportunities to maintain licensing requirements and work towards your career goals will be provided.

A day in the life

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
  • Handle a high volume of sales activities with a sense of urgency
  • Navigate and resolve client issues with innovative problemsolving
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends product knowledge and regulatory changes to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

Salary Expectations

The expected base salary for this position is $40000.00 $50000.00 plus commissions will be paid based on successful sales performance. The total compensation will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
