Job Description
Valley View Hospital is looking for a qualified individual to work in our Operating Room as a PRN (as needed) Scheduling Communication Coordinator. Scheduling experience preferred. Medical Terminology required.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES
- Performs data entry related to charging logging and quantifying Surgical Services activities.
- Enhances the communication between the Surgical Services hospital departments and physician office staff.
- Functions as a receptionist and remains professional and positive when dealing with stressful situations and multiple demands related to the operation of the Surgical Services Department.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Medical terminology required.
- Scheduling experience preferred.
SALARY
- Base pay 14 PRN Differential.
- Annual Bonusesbased upon organizational and individual performance.
