Job Description

Our business provides a broad range of home inspection services to include: building inspections radon testing sewer lateral inspections gas mechanical inspections wood destroying insect inspections and mold sampling.

We are exceptional at training and effectively onboarding new team members. No previous field related experience is required. An understanding of a homes systems and components is a plus!
Job Requirements:
- Possess strong customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of residential home systems and components
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills
- Punctual and ability to work unsupervised
- Valid drivers license and insurance
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions climb ladders walk on roofs & access crawl spaces
- Ability to pass all employment screenings
- Required to authorize background and driving checks
Hours:
The position requires availability Monday through Friday and typically two Saturdays a month for a total of approximately 40 hours per week
