Job Description:
Staff Genius a nationally recognized medical staffing agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at a reputable skilled nursing facility in Chico CA. As an essential member of our healthcare staff you will provide highquality physical therapy services to residents enhancing their mobility and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients specific needs.
Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and strength.
Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
Qualifications:
Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or longterm care setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.

Additional Information:
This fulltime position requires working every other weekend to ensure continuous highquality care for our residents. Candidates must be willing to commit to this schedule requirement.
