Join our dynamic Corporate Strategy team at AT&T as a Lead where you will tackle some of the most critical challenges in the connectivity and technology sectors and work alongside AT&T business units on strategic deals. In a world that is constantly changing our Corporate Strategy team is at the forefront becoming subject matter experts on a diverse range of topics that impact the daily lives of millions of customers.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
- Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future performance assess potential investments and evaluate strategic initiatives. Use financial metrics such as discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis ROI calculations and sensitivity analyses to support strategic recommendations. Accurate financial analysis is crucial for making informed business decisions.
- Strategic Analysis and Research: Conduct indepth analysis of market trends competitive landscapes and industry dynamics. Utilize various analytical tools and frameworks (e.g. SWOT PESTLE) to identify strategic opportunities and threats. This foundational research informs all other strategic decisions and actions.
- Stakeholder Engagement and CrossFunctional Coordination: Serve as a liaison to business unit personnel soliciting and incorporating feedback into final deliverables. Work closely with other departments (e.g. finance marketing operations product development) to ensure alignment and integration of strategic initiatives. Facilitate crossfunctional teams to drive strategic projects and ensure successful .
- Strategic Planning and : Assist in the development and of the companys strategic plan. Collaborate with senior leadership to set longterm goals and objectives. Support the implementation of strategic initiatives by coordinating with various business units and tracking progress against strategic goals.
- Presentation and Communication: Prepare and present strategic recommendations reports and analysis to senior management and other stakeholders. Create clear and compelling presentation materials that effectively communicate complex information and strategic insights. Effective communication is essential for gaining buyin and driving strategic initiatives.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional recognized as an expert creatively resolving complex issues with broad and indepth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff implements longterm plans impacting the organization and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Education/Experience: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired. Masters degree preferred. 5 years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
