Job Description
Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD NSW VIC SA & WA with the inclusion of the Allity McKenzie & Acacia Living Group. We are committed to enriching the lives of people by providing care with compassion respect and integrity to promote the health independence and social interaction of seniors. With registered nurses and care staff at our homes 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to our Registered Nurses our AINs are responsible for providing quality care and recreational activities to our beloved residents.
You will have the opportunity to develop your aged care career under the guidance and mentorship of experienced nursing professionals within the aged care industry. You will receive handson training and support from our dedicated RNs and Management team.

About You
The ideal candidate must demonstrate the following:
Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care
Minimum of 12 months experience as an AIN within residential aged care desirable
Immunisation record COVID including booster mandatory
Flexibility and reliability with a strong commitment to work!
Ability to communicate effectively with residents families and all levels of staff
Strong passion for working with the elderly

The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check and provide proof of COVID19 Vaccination.
