1. Conduct sales calls in accordance with Goldfish Swim Schools core values of Integrity/Compassion/Trust and WOW! Customer Service.
2. Communicates with customers in a timely manner via email and phone calls.
3. Enrolls students in the proper lesson level according to the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
4. Discusses multiple membership opportunities with members.
5. Provides leadership discipline and constructive feedback to Front Desk Representatives.
6. Responsible for the overall cleanliness at the front desk and the dry side of the facility.
7. Hosts monthly workshops with the employees (front desk related).
8. Completes all the monthly Golden Support Reviews for the front desk.
9. Sets sales incentives for the front desk employees in conjunction with the Assistant General Manager to assure that overall goals are considered.
10. Ensures the retail and vending areas is clean professional stocked labeled and profitable.
11. Responsible for understanding and tracking sales goals as set by management team members.
12. Participate in weekly regional sales calls and weekly meetings with Assistant General Manager.
13. Maintain ordering and inventory processes.
14. Other duties as assigned.
