Job Description
Elk Grove Power Sports is a leading multiline power sports dealer located in Elk Grove CA. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our threeyear apprenticeship program. This is a paid apprenticeship that includes comprehensive training and no tools are required. We are specifically looking for Entry Level Apprentice Technicians to become part of our team. If you desire an environment where you can learn and grow in your career consider what we have to offer. Although previous motorcycle or automotive training is a plus some mechanical experiencesuch as working on personal cars equipment or motorcyclesis appreciated and recommended.

Responsibilities
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
Testdrive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnosing maintaining and repairing vehicle systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning etc.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
- Some mechanical experience or schoolrequired
Excellent customer service skills
Basic Computer skills
Positive friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
Team player
Must have a valid drivers license
Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedure
