Responsibilities

What youll do

As a Channel Account Manager you will manage existing NetSuite Channel customers at various stages of their life cycle; some implementation and some operational.

Some will be experiencing issues which are in need of resolution (product issues implementation challenges financial challenges outside of our control etc). These customers will also be experience varying levels of satisfaction and value for the product which we need to bear in mind.

This is a quota carrying sales account manager position responsible for a revenue target.

You will identify and qualify new opportunities within your account territory. You will sell business applications and related solutions through strategic selling effective negotiation and management of the client relationship. This will include:

Prospect forecasting resource allocation and planning new business deals within your portfolio

Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business application and advise the customer on what will benefit their business the most

Participate in the creation presentation and sale of a complete value proposition

Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close the sale

Present NetSuites products in a compelling positive and professional way


ERP sales experience is required for this position
