About the role:
This is a unique opportunity for a purposedriven creative and experienced individual to make a big impact on Gartners Services Business as part of the Gartner Technology Innovation & Analytics group. We are looking for an impactdriven selfmotivated problem solver who can lead the digital transformation for the Services business within Gartner. Using Salesforce as the platform to bring this transformation across Gartner this Product Manager will Spreadhead this digital transformation. The product manager will be a part of a team of business analyst engineers and designers to drive innovation. As a Product Manager you will lead and mentor others to lead business interviews to identify opportunities to innovate and drive value. Youll also lead scrum teams to design new platform experiences learn and quickly iterate to improve the life of our Service Associates and elevate Gartner customers experience.
What you will do:
Design manage and support the Salesforce Services Cloud capabilities and functional alignment to overall enterprise strategy and process
Ability to provide and identify solution designs using the Salesforce platform as the main tool for either outofbox or custom solution capabilities
Understand customer and business needs and synthesize opportunities
Integrate input from multiple channels including multiple business users and stakeholder requirements into product priorities and requirements
Serve as product owner and lead a scrum team of engineers business analyst and designers
Design build launch and assess continually to improve user experience by bringing value to the platform and business processes
Continue to analyze data and synthesize into findings and actionable insights
Establish a vision and roadmaps and provide visibility to business and technical stakeholders
Collaborate with other business unit PMs to drive synergy and longterm solutions
Drive user experience through requirements validating each step via mockups and user feedbacks through various Service business units
Manage the overall Sprint Cycle Product Backlog Sprint Planning & Backlog User Stories
Coordinate the delivery schedule cadence with IT transformation lead/scrum masters
Drive Working Relationship with IT partners for prioritization focus and solution delivery
Understand and mitigate impacts to existing tools: Transform Lift and Shift Integration Sunset
Deep understanding of business capabilities and translation to Salesforce solution(s)
Identify data migration and integration needs and how it impacts user experience
Coordinate with other business units (Sales R&A Marketing etc) to leverage existing solutions and to provide Services solutions to others
Collect the voice of the customer so to drive future product vision
What you will need:
Bachelors Degree in math statistics engineering or a related field required
3 5 years of experience in digital product management
Have at least 35 years of domain expertise (Salesforce)
Demonstrated ability to translate qualitative and quantitative analysis into actionable business strategies
Experience in gathering input from and communicating ideas to clients and key stakeholders across businesses
Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of business data science and technical stakeholders
Strong working knowledge of lean product principles and software development lifecycle
Working knowledge and understanding of the Agile principles and
Outstanding product management skills (projects involving internal and external stakeholders) with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
Ability to work in a culture that thrives on feedback and seeks opportunities to stretch outside your comfort zone with bias for action and shipping
Gartner Services business knowledge a strong plus.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 92000 USD 131000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
