The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking a CMF Coordinator to work at our processing facility in Lowville NY. Successful candidates must be willing to supply improvements suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. Ideal individuals must be safety and quality orientated along with demonstrate adaptaility and willingness to work in a team orientated fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Available to work all shifts including second third weekends and holidays
- Prior manufacturing experience is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Work Schedule:
Schedule is based on 7 days per week production. This is a Night Shift position.
Plant & Community Overview:
The Lowville plant produces the legendary Philadelphia Cream Cheese! Built in 1971 the facility is over 400000 square feet and houses 13 production lines. Milk and cream is supplied by local farms. With over 400 employees the plant is one of the largest employers in Lewis County.
For more information on the company or the community visit or Overview: Coordinates CMF activities which include volume usage rates training and leading all aspects of work performed in the area. Coordinates work schedules/activities and quality specifications to meet production requirements as well as active participation on the line. Other duties include changeovers on the equipment and minor mechanical adjustments. Will also be responsible for housekeeping period cleaning and GMPs in the work area. Lifting up to 70 lbs. is required. Cross training will be required in other areas of the department. Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Timely Period Work completion. Ability to perform all sanitation duties. Team participation is required. All other duties as assigned. Kraft Heinz Management Systems(KHMS) participation is required. Will ensure that the equipment and machinery they work with is cleaned and sanitized according to the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program rules explained at the beginning of the employment and during refresher sessions. Ensures all products manufactured align with the Quality Assurance Program and policies reviewed during the on the job training applicable to this specific operation function. Will follow the Kraft Heinz Safety Process and will keep themself and others away from harm while performing their duties.
