The Opportunity
As one of USAAs Lead Enterprise Data and Analytics Platforms Digital/Technical Product Managers you are accountable for the product strategy and roadmap of your Platforms and responsible for ensuring alignment between business goals and the technical delivery roadmap you own. This requires you to clearly prioritize objectives key results and features across years and quarters then manage the flow of prioritized features into the technical delivery teams backlog. To optimize and improve existing platforms you maintain and consult key performance metrics alongside your own knowledge when prioritizing efforts. To set priorities you consult and collaborate with Architects and platform users ranging from engineers to management and executive stakeholders. To manage the delivery teams backlog you consult and collaborate with delivery managers product owners scrum masters and engineers. In all consultation and collaboration you serve as an expert on the product vision for platform technologies at USAA. This requires you to readily invest time and energy to become an expert in USAAs business needs and emerging technology capabilities in the quickly developing data and analytics space.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio TX or Plano TX. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $143320 $273930.
Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location.
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
