Job Description
Regions Hospital a Level I Trauma Center serving adults and children in Minnesota and western Wisconsin for more than 150 years is looking for a Pharmacist in Outpatient and Medication History. The ideal candidate will have initiative good triaging skills and experience in a fastpaced hospital pharmacy.
Pharmacists provide professional pharmaceutical services by:
- Verifying medication orders and dispensing medications and related supplies.
- Monitoring patient medication therapies.
- Providing drug information to healthcare providers.
- Overseeing the work of direct support personnel.
Work Schedule:
- Day/evening with rotating weekends.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an ACPEaccredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
- Currently functioning in an outpatient/retail or medication history capacity.
- Licensed to practice pharmacy in the State of Minnesota.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of experience in an outpatient/retail or medication history role.
- Advanced medication therapy medication training.
Additional Information:
This is a union 0.8 FTE 64 hours per pay period) day/evening shift position working in Saint Paul MN. The full salary range for this position is $74.83$85.22 per hour based on experience.
