Description

Regions Hospital a Level I Trauma Center serving adults and children in Minnesota and western Wisconsin for more than 150 years is looking for a Pharmacist in Outpatient and Medication History. The ideal candidate will have initiative good triaging skills and experience in a fastpaced hospital pharmacy.

Pharmacists provide professional pharmaceutical services by:

  • Verifying medication orders and dispensing medications and related supplies.
  • Monitoring patient medication therapies.
  • Providing drug information to healthcare providers.
  • Overseeing the work of direct support personnel.

Work Schedule:

  • Day/evening with rotating weekends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an ACPEaccredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
  • Currently functioning in an outpatient/retail or medication history capacity.
  • Licensed to practice pharmacy in the State of Minnesota.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of experience in an outpatient/retail or medication history role.
  • Advanced medication therapy medication training.

Additional Information:

This is a union 0.8 FTE 64 hours per pay period) day/evening shift position working in Saint Paul MN. The full salary range for this position is $74.83$85.22 per hour based on experience. This position is nonexempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is eligible for benefits which begin on day one of benefits include medical and dental insurance (which begin on day one of employment) 401k with match disability insurance fertility benefits tuition reimbursement educational reimbursement toward continuing education and we are a qualified nonprofit employer under the federalPublic Service Loan Forgiveness program.
