The ideal candidate will have experience and technical expertise required for site design and land development projects. This position may be based remotely (but in or around the greater Madison WI area) out of our Madison WI office or a hybrid.
As a Civil Designer/Engineer at Ramaker you will have the ability to develop solutions for clients from concept through completion in a variety of different projects ranging from aquatic facilities/waterparks commercial industrial site development residential and more helping our clients bring their dreams to reality! You will work with an internal team of employeeowners in our civil survey aquatics architectural MEP and structural departments collaborating to deliver the very best to our clients. Concept through completion varies based on project type and could mean services end when Regulatory Review/Approval is obtained or Construction Administration (CA) services may be provided through construction.
Your expertise in developing construction plans for site engineering utility grading and storm water management will play an integral part in the success of our collaborative team. To be successful you should have a teambased mindset demonstrate excellent communication and relationship building skills and be prepared to problem solve and make decisions.
To be considered for this position you must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with related experience or an Engineering Technician Associates Degree with at least 5 years of related work experience. Additional preferred qualifications include the ability to obtain PE licensure (if you dont already have it) and Microsoft Bluebeam Revu AutoCAD/REVIT and Civil 3D experience.
