Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Solar Salesperson to work in our new Walmart solar showroom in Poway CA. This fulltime position will be responsible for driving sales educating customers about solar energy options and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and engage with them to understand their solar energy needs.
  • Educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and our products.
  • Conduct consultations to assess customer requirements and present tailored solar solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations including quotes and financing options.
  • Manage showroom operations including inventory management and maintaining a clean and inviting space.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Solar Negotiators team to ensure seamless installation and customer service.
  • Stay informed about industry trends products and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate value to customers.

Qualifications:

  • 24 years of sales experience preferably in retail or a related field.
  • Experience in the solar industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
