Performs a variety of manual/administrative tasks associated with inventory control stockroom kitting expediting and shipping and receiving operations in accordance with established procedures.

What You Will Do:

• Receives checks stores issues and ships a variety of items and maintains inventory control.

• Uses assistance and/or powered mechanical means to load unload store and deliver a variety of incoming and outgoing material.

• Prepares and packages small and large parts using proper procedures and materials.

• Processes purchase orders for spare tooling and materials.

• Proficiently uses computer hardware/software.

• Oversees parts preparation material handling measuring and packaging equipment. Records calibration logs of tools and equipment.

• Oversees inventory and maintains all government tooling property according to military regulations.

• Maintains contact with personnel from various customers and supports areas to ensure accuracy of material/process.

• Uses assorted measuring and weight recording devices.

• Keeps equipment and surrounding areas neat and clean.

• Performs other related duties as required within the scope of this job function.

• Occasionally lift push pull and move up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen permanent resident/green card refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos in English.

• Ability to write simple correspondence in English.

• Basic PC operational skills including but not limited to using a keyboard mouse basic data entry and email.

• Prior relevant experience in inventory control or material handling role required.

• 1st Shift 6:00AM3:30PM / MondayFriday 9/80 Schedule)

• Start time is flexible but will need to adhere to daily hour requirements to fulfill a 9/80 schedule.
