Job Description
The Environmental Services Aide is an integral part of our Housekeeping team and is responsible for providing a clean and sanitary facility for all patients residents visitors and staff in an efficient manner as directed by the department manager. Housekeeping responsibilities encompass patient rooms public spaces and staff areas. Some of the daily tasks may include cleaning & disinfecting laundering of linens dusting & vacuuming and emptying trash & recycling.
Required Qualifications:
- Good organizational skills
- Knowledge of and ability to use all housekeeping powered equipment
- Good time management skills
- Ability to demonstrate positive customer services skills
- Must be able to read write and follow directions and/or oral instructions in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
