Mis Amigos Preschool is a growing Spanish Immersion early education center and we are on a mission to change the world one child at a time! We are seeking aAssistant Director/Family Coordinatorfor our Golden Valley location. The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
- THE DESIRE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE in the lives of others.
- Demonstrates core values that align with Mis Amigos.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a director or admin position in a child care center.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a teacher in a child care center.
- Successfully achieves results by directing influencing and motivating others.
Fluency and clear communication in English (written and verbal) and in Spanish.
Key Expectations for Supporting Families:
- Connects and provides support and guidance for their daily needs.
- Maintains clear and consistent communication with families. Addresses family concerns.
- Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
- Manages the day to day needs of students and parents.
- Recruits and onboards new families.
- Fluency and clear communication in English (written and verbal) and in Spanish.
