Job Description
Position Description JRC Incorporated located in Greenbrier TN is a nationwide construction company specializing in commercial roofing siding and other exterior improvements. Currently working in 48 of the 50 states and are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator
Must be willing to relocate to the Middle Tennessee area. Position is located at corporate office. Nashville is waiting!
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform project takeoffs from Architect/Construction Spec Drawings
- Prepare project submittals for specified contract projects
- Will work closely with the sales force to provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals
- Develop estimates quotations and detailed proposals
- Potentially conduct site visits to ongoing projects to support operations and enhance the customer communication and experience
Skills:
- Organizational Analytical Problem Solving and People Skills
- Ability to compile and prepare project submittals
- Ability to track project change orders
- Computer skills (proficient in MS Word Excel and Bid Estimating Software)
- OnScreen Take Off experience a plus
- A Valid drivers license in good standing
- Experience with TPO EPDM PVC and Shingle
- 3 years commercial estimating experience desirable
