Hospitalist Physician Program Director
Location: Madison WisconsinCompensation: $200$250 per hourEmployment Type: FullTime
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hospitalist Physician Program Director to lead our hospitalist team in Madison Wisconsin. This role offers an excellent worklife balance and a competitive compensation package. As Program Director you will oversee clinical operations ensure highquality patient care and support the professional development of hospitalist providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the hospitalist team ensuring quality care and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with hospital administration and medical leadership on program goals.
- Provide direct patient care in a hospitalist capacity.
- Oversee quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative team environment and drive clinical excellence.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive pay: $200$250 per hour.
