Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)
Pay: 22.00 per hour paid breaks
36 hours per week (rotation of day and night shifts)
Our client is looking for a kind skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join their closeknit team at a beautifully modern purposebuilt care home just outside of Norwich. The service supports older adults with nursing and dementia care needs offering exceptional standards of care in a luxurious and homely environment.

- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC registration
- Strong clinical skills and a genuine interest in elderly and dementia care

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality personcentred nursing care to residents
- Support residents with complex needs including dementia and nursing care
- Administer medications and manage care plans
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
- Support supervise and mentor care staff to maintain excellent standards
- Build strong relationships with residents families and colleagues
