Job Description
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on K12 students in our communities Do you have strong organizational and leadership skills If so the SEL Corporate Communications team is looking for you! Were hiring a K12 education outreach program manager to deliver highquality STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) programming to students and teachers. In this role you will assess design and implement new programs coordinate both student visits and SEL volunteer teams and continuously strive to improve program processes.
Strong candidates will excel in planning executing. and documenting events demonstrate persistent attention to detail enjoy working with students ages 518 be willing to travel and represent SEL at events outside normal business hours and collaborate effectively with others.
As a K12 Education Outreach Program Manager a typical day might include the following:
Overseeing the successful of the SEL K12 education outreach program.
Designing and implementing new programs.
Coordinating multiple programrelated projects including managing budgets and facilitating communication
Supervising others on the team as applicable.
Partnering with managers on strategic planning efforts.
Providing performance data analysis managing program milestones and documenting project activities.
Developing and maintaining an inventory of K12 education outreach materials (activities signage promo literature outreach collateral web pages presentations other physical and digital materials) to ensure SEL has a robust collection of K12 education outreach tools and supplies.
Recruiting coordinating and directing employee volunteers in executing K12 education outreach efforts.
This job might be for you if:
You have a relevant Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in education program administration or event
You have a proven ability to manage teams develop and initiate actions work independently and accept ownership for achieving results associated with assigned accountabilities
You have excellent leadership and communication skills
You have strong writing documentation and communication skills
You can learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
You can work cooperatively in a team environment
You can travel and occasionally represent SEL at events on weekends and evenings
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of K12 education systems
Experience working with teaching or presenting to students between the ages of 518.
Physical Requirements
The ability to transport materials weighing up to 25 pounds

Pay Range
We anticipate filling this position as a K12 Education Outreach Program Manager $78000 $104600. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job responsibility and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and jobrelated factors such as candidate experience training knowledge and skills.
