This Opportunity:

The primary responsibility of the Director of Community Services is to support and oversee quality implementation of services across all assigned services being delivered.

What Youll Do:

Responsible for clinical and administrative responsibilities delegated by the VP as it pertains to best practices and community service delivery.
Provide supervision training and coaching to all QP level staff assigned. Leads a team that focused on sustaining quality programs while also developing new initiatives that enhance services.
Initiate and maintain systems that produce reports and data on productivity of staffing authorization and clinical expectations.
Works closely with Referral Department to process and assign new referrals.
Develops plans organizes implements and coordinates operations in a manner that promotes growth and achievement for individuals supported staff agency community and all other stakeholders.
Uses a range of communication skills and strategies to establish a mutual relationship with the individual staff coworkers supervisors and community stakeholders
Work with Performance Improvement and perform internal audits to ensure all medical records are complaint with agency policy state rules and accrediting body regulations.
Participate and interact regularly with MCOs as it relates to processes authorizations service development etc.
Report and share information with the Vice President of LTSS to ensure he/she is kept fully informed on the condition of the assigned areas of service and important factors influencing those services. Prepare high quality written reports which succinctly identify outcomes.
Provides leadership and provide local leadership during periods of implementation for new programs and services.
Oversee the development and of the agreed upon projects action plans and deliverables.
Maintain trainings as required and requested
Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in crisis situations
Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures
Complete all other relevant responsibilities assigned by the supervisor
Driving and travel may be required

Education Were Looking For:

Bachelors: Human Services (Required)

Certifications Were Looking For:

Drivers License (Valid) USA Qualified Professional (QP) MonarchDSM

Experience Were Looking For:

Combination of service and management experience in the field of disabilities (post graduate) Developmental and Intellectual Disability Experience Experience working with adults with a mental health diagnosis and/or developmental disabilities

MondayFriday 8:00am5:00pm)
