Salary: UEto 33482 per annum plus 15 Premium band for flexible working
Department: CSG/Accommodation Catering and Events (ACE)
Location:The Scholar Hotel The Scott Hotel and KM Hotels & Apartments
Position: Openended full time 35 hours per week on a 5 over 7 basis
The Opportunity:
Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences We are seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the overall F&B operations across our portfolio. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and the hotel management team you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality of service and operational efficiency.
This position involves assisting with the management of frontofhouse F&B operations overseeing a team to ensure seamless service delivery and driving the success of our dining establishments.
Your skills and attributes for success:
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- A passion for exceptional customer service and attention to detail in food and beverage operations.
- Experience in hospitality management particularly within a 4/5star equivalent setting.
- Ability to handle operational challenges efficiently and make realtime decisions to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to maximize revenue opportunities within the F&B sector.
