Job Description

Analyst needed to assist with overseeing project delivery assurance encompassing risk management information security compliance audit stakeholder engagements management of project artefacts along with other activities relating to ongoing lifecycle management. ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include working on ISEN/ITRACT and Panther updates handling audit requests managing Role Base Access Control (RBAC) definitions User Access Management (UAM) reviews TechAssist updates updating ServiceNow records and maintaining ANZ Delivery Framework (ADF) short notice timecritical items are delivered on time (notice for some delivery items can be 12 days). SkillsetThe role requires strong coordination and communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders. Previous experience in technology assurance and/or the ANZ delivery framework (ADF) would be highly understanding of a range of problem solving techniquesAbility to apply change management practices communicate direction rationale and outcomes clearly and a continuous improvement approach based on feedback loopsGeneral knowledge of Markets particularly in FX would be highly beneficial
