About the Role:
Freedom Foundation is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join its national team focused on publicsector labor reform. This attorney will lead and support highimpact litigation efforts aimed at protecting workers rights and limiting the influence of government unions.

Reporting to the Chief Litigation Counsel this role involves both strategic legal work and handson litigation across First Amendment administrative civil rights and open government issues. The Foundation prefers candidates based in Olympia WA or Dallas TX but may consider other locations for exceptional talent.
