The Opportunity: L&D Senior Associate
The L&D Senior Associate will work on supporting program creation implementation and assessment in
collaboration with local L&D and HC members.
Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of learning solutions (classroom elearn virtual and conferences)
including but not limited to the following: project managementscheduling events/sessions
booking rooms managing participant lists creating and sending communications
supporting/managing instructors creation of learning materials and reference sites organizing
meals and social events drafting and reconciling budgets answering participants questions
managing and maintaining data in our learning management system set up/testing and deploying
solutions in our LMS reporting and ad hoc logistical support.
Support L&D processes using the following technologies which will involve the use of HC
systems such as Cornerstone Vantage Content Sphere Sharepoint OnlinePowerBI
Dashboards Talent Link Workday and Metrics that Matter.
Collaborate with L&D Managers to review/build storyboards for e learn development
(instructional design) using PwC authoring tools Rise Camtasia Descript and Vyond
Support building any required material for ALL learning solutions (material/media (audio and
video transcript simulations role plays quizzes)
Use PwC brand guidelines for all learning assets to ensure they are brand compliant
Manage the translation process (as required) to ensure that ALL learning solutions are compliant
to French laws and regulations.
Generate reports from firm systems and troubleshoot the reporting dashboard environment
Export/import of data sets into Alteryx workflows and troubleshoot Alteryx workflow errors as
needed escalate to Sr. Manager as required.
Train end users on new reports and dashboards.
Review/process invoices (e.g. external training venues) to ensure costs are aligned with budget
investigating any significant variances.
Manage expectations of the L&D manager(s) and business stakeholders by providing them with
regular progress reports on current activities (project plans) collaborate and support peers (as
needed) and work collaboratively to identify best practices and drive efficiencies.
Work overtime as approved and necessitated by project demands.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a corporate environment.
Experience in delivering or hosting training sessions live/streaming events or meetings using
virtual meeting tools (MS Teams Google Meet Webex)
Experience using elearn development tools (Articulate 360 Vyond Camtasia Descript) and
virtual classroom design.
Proficiency working with business intelligence software (e.g. Alteryx Power BI Tableau) and
other firm tools and technologies (Google Suite MS Office). Excellent ability to work in Excel and
Google Sheets required.
Ability to use/create Alteryx workflows Power BI Dashboards and/or other data visualization tools
Strong relationshipbuilding skills and client service mindset with the ability to deal with individuals
at all levels professionally and competently.

participant and instructor data).

problem solve be creative and make recommendations to situations requiring interpretation.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills including confidence in drafting letters
emails etc. in a clear and concise manner.
An interest in developing as an L&D Professional.
Ability to identify efficiencies and improve processes with a focus on continuous improvement and
the sharing of best practices.
Ability to work both independently and within teams working with others at all staff levels.
Have flexibility and an ability to adapt to changing demands and tight deadlines
