Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (PRN)

What Youll Do:
Deliver compassionate skilled nursing care to pediatric patients
Assess and document changes in patient health status
Perform essential nursing procedures with attention to detail
Effectively communicate with families and healthcare teams
Adapt care plans as needed to ensure the best outcomes
Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold HIPAA regulations
Represent Elara Carings mission by providing topquality home healthcare
What Youll Need:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active LPN license in your state
At least one year of LPN experience
Reliable transportation a valid drivers license and auto insurance
Ability to travel within the designated service area (approx. 50
