As a crucial member of our team youll lead property acquisitions and sales negotiating deals that deliver optimal results. Youll regularly engage with investors and sellers via phone text and email to secure the best terms and pricing. REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY
- Valid Drivers License
- Strong Computer Proficiency
- Excellent Phone Communication Skills
- Proven Sales Experience
- Upbeat and Positive Attitude
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and nurture lasting client relationships
- Expertly negotiate property prices
- Conduct daily market property comparisons
- Coordinate and facilitate property viewings as required
- Achieve and surpass weekly and monthly sales goals
- Consistently meet daily KPIs to ensure longterm success
- Collaborate effectively within a fastpaced team setting

PAY STRUCTURE
- 12 weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned
- After training base pay changes to $14.60 per hour against commission
- Our top reps earn anywhere from $5000 to $12000 per month in commissions
- Well review the commission structure in full during your interview
