Job Description:

As part of the MOLLIE team the Dreamweaver plays a pivotal role in crafting immersive guest experiences that capture the essence of Aspens adventurous spirit. The Dreamweaver leads the vision behind a dynamic and everevolving calendar of weekly programmingeach offering a chance for guests to discover connect and be inspired. From yoga sessions and handson candle pouring workshops to the tactile beauty of plant dyeing or whimsical dog portrait sessions each experience is more than an activityits a story waiting to unfold.

The Dreamweavers passion for hospitality and innovation will spark unforgettable moments that linger long after checkoutwhether its a restorative sound bath in the MOLLIE Weaving Room hosting an energizing Pilates boot camp creating collaborations with international brands for oneofakind retail popups or organizing intimate live music sets the Dreamweaver has the opportunity to dream up and craft experiences that stretch beyond our walls into the heart of Aspen and wherever the imagination dares to wander. We are looking for an exceptionally organized and innovative individual to join our team as a Dreamweaver. In this role you will oversee designing implementing and overseeing a range of events and experiences with the goal of creating unforgettable and captivating moments for our guests. Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of event planning from start to finish ensuring smooth coordination and delivering uncommon moments.

Pay Rate:$75000$85000 DOE

Compensation will range from $75000$85000 depending on experience and will include an annual fiscal year bonus potential of up to 10 of your annual base salary. The potential bonus if any will be paid out at the discretion of Ownership & General Manager. The bonus will be based upon both employees & companies mutually agreed upon performance metrics.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and develop experience plans within specified budgets and brand for luxury property.
  • Serve as project management leader and collaborate with operations managers to establish standard operating procedures for core experience initiatives.
  • Develop weekly and monthly programming schedules 23 months in advance of the event.
  • Build and maintain a network of in market relationships that enhance MOLLIE Aspens brand story through bookable activities adventures programming and products.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of special projects ex: Holiday sales press kits pop ups etc.
  • Always ensure open lines of communication with all departments and upper management via email meetings etc. to ensure all the needs of the hotel are met.
  • Maintain an increased awareness of safety issues throughout the property pertaining to events.
  • Possess fluent knowledge of local restaurants special events city attractions amenities and directions.
  • Encourage programming feedback by proactively implementing event surveys for operational stakeholders.
  • Utilize guest feedback bookings revenue and other KPIs to refine programming initiatives.
  • Represent MOLLIE Aspen in a positive and professional manner with all external stakeholders.
  • Maintain indepth knowledge of Aspen hospitality market trends.
  • Develop event planning efficiencies that positively impact the hotel property.
  • Manage retail commission processing for payroll in accordance with company pay cycles.
  • Act as manager on duty as needed.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent guest service and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules which includes weekends evenings and holidays.
  • Spanish language a plus.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in hospitality management marketing or public relations preferred.
  • 2 years of work experience in hospitality and event management.
  • Microsoft suite competency preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience with vendor management negotiation guest experience. management and executing events and personalized experiences.

Physical Demands

The physical demands for this position are seeing hearing speaking reaching frequently lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds sitting standing for 4 to 8 hours bending and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodation.
