Job Description:
As part of the MOLLIE team the Dreamweaver plays a pivotal role in crafting immersive guest experiences that capture the essence of Aspens adventurous spirit. The Dreamweaver leads the vision behind a dynamic and everevolving calendar of weekly programmingeach offering a chance for guests to discover connect and be inspired. From yoga sessions and handson candle pouring workshops to the tactile beauty of plant dyeing or whimsical dog portrait sessions each experience is more than an activityits a story waiting to unfold.

We are looking for an exceptionally organized and innovative individual to join our team as a Dreamweaver. In this role you will oversee designing implementing and overseeing a range of events and experiences with the goal of creating unforgettable and captivating moments for our guests. Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of event planning from start to finish ensuring smooth coordination and delivering uncommon moments.

Pay Rate:$75000$85000 DOE
Compensation will range from $75000$85000 depending on experience and will include an annual fiscal year bonus potential of up to 10 of your annual base salary. The potential bonus if any will be paid out at the discretion of Ownership & General Manager. The bonus will be based upon both employees & companies mutually agreed upon performance metrics.
