Voss Chevrolet is seeking an enthusiastic motivated and customerfocused Chevrolet Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role you will be responsible for helping customers find their perfect Chevrolet vehicle guiding them through the buying process and providing exceptional service every step of the way. Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that each customer receives consistent and quality service from the start of their visit to Voss Chevrolet to the end of their visit.
- You will be fully trained in all features of the vehicles and will present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to the customers
- Ensure that the customer has a strong understanding of all that their new vehicle is capable of.
- Each day you will use the Customer Relations Management System to develop and maintain your customer base.
- You will take customers to the service and parts department so that they know the team that will support their purchase now and in the future.
- As a Voss Chevrolet sales consultant you will receive ongoing training.
- You will work closely with the leadership to ensure goals are met and exceeded.
- Follow up with leads and manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet sales goals.
A valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
Must pass a background check and Drug Screen
