Job Description

Position Summary:

The Performance Manager is responsible for leading the daytoday managerial responsibilities in an embedded team model. This includes interviewing hiring partnering with HR on employee related issues performance management expense report approvals compliance adherence and other duties as needed. The Performance Manager will work closely with client leadership sales managers and Amplity. The PM will maintain a competent level of program knowledge and representative activity to ensure success of the program.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide all interviewing and hiring activity for the client team
  • Review and approve all employee expense reports to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Responsible for employee performance management conducts 120 day and year end reviews coaching as needed and terminations
  • Partners with leadership to ensure all KPIs / metrics / field expectations are met
  • Maintains thorough knowledge of Program expectations
  • Participates in meetings (when required) including National District and training sessions
  • Listens and responds appropriately to client needs and questions
  • Communicates with the cross functional client and Amplity team members on projects progress as required
  • Prepares reports for management as needed
  • Fully complies with all laws regulations and Amplity and Companys Health Policies Code of Conduct all privacy and data guidelines and relevant state and federal laws and regulations
  • Reports to Amplity Leadership
  • Works closely with client team members and Amplity shared services to support the success of the program

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Pharmaceutical representative management experience required
  • Experience hiring coaching and performance management of pharmaceutical sales representatives
  • Must be able to demonstrate or secure appropriate credentialing as may be required by healthcare providers for physical access to their facilities if any fieldbased activity
  • Ability to travel to work related meetings and functions (including overnight and/or weekend).
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and working proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and meeting platforms including Zoom Teams etc.
  • Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Clear articulate and grammatically sound speech and professional phone manner.
  • Strong focus on providing customers with superior support and service.
  • Ability to learn understand and communicate complex information over the telephone.
  • Strong rapport building skills and active listening skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical/medical terminology and to maintain the required technical expertise including competitive product knowledge.
  • Must be selfmotivated and disciplined.
  • Good organizational and planning skills strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be able to deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the company.
  • Safe driving record with active drivers license.
  • Must pass all company required training and certification.
