Summary:

This role encompasses responsibilities in both phlebotomy and donor coordination to ensure efficient and effective donor services at local CSI location. Performs phlebotomy duties with the appropriate certification while adhering to company Standard Operating Procedures. Assists with the medical and genetic screening of donors in accordance with Company and regulatory agency policies while supporting donor activities through the of assigned tasks.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Language Skills

  • Ability to speak and write English; communicate effectively and professionally with clients and external contacts; read and comprehend instructions; write routine reports and correspondence; and effectively present information in oneonone and small group situations to clients and employees.

Mathematical Skills

  • Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.

Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills

  • Knowledge of MS Word Excel and Outlook.

Other Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent customer service skills; high level of interpersonal skills to interact with peers and management; strong attention to detail in composing typing and proofing materials; excellent organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; and ability to maintain confidentiality.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation the starting base pay for this role is between $20.52 $42668 $27.36 $56890. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
