Job Description
HTSS is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator for company in Emmaus PA.
MondayFriday
7:30am4pm
$18/hr
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive goods via UPS/FEDEX/LTL including removing skids from LTL truck.
Verify counts of products received and physically move them into inventory locations including using ERP software for locations.
Pick products from inventory locations using ERP computer software.
Physically move product to the press for production.
If more stock is required it must be removed from inventory on the computer prior to physically taking it to production.
Utilize UPS and FEDEX Ship Manager for small package shipping.
Prepare/Manage/Store UPS/FEDEX daily shipments.
Load LTL trucks for outgoing shipments.
Manage LTL pallets; building/storing/removing.
Perform repetitive duties for 8 hours to meet daily deadlines in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Heavy lifting pushing pulling climbing and standing during 8 hour shift.
Candidate MUST have at least 5 years previous experience in a Warehouse setting using shipping and receiving skills ERP or inventory software management experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
