Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by promptly responding to client requests and resolving issues effectively.
Documentation: Maintain accurate client records and complete necessary documentation for policy changes and renewals.
Relationship Building: Foster strong longterm relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in personal lines insurance account management.
Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license in Georgia.
Skills: Strong communication organizational and customer service skills.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with insurance software and CRM systems such as AMS360
