The compensation analyst performs a variety of administrative and project related functions in order to support the compensation team and human resource department on compensation initiatives. This person manages the compensation actions in our HRIS system calculates compensation provides reports ensures compliance and prepares audits. Uses strong communication skills to relay compensation information and provide guidance to employees leaders and HR partners. You will also manage vendor relationships analyzenational market data pay practices reorganization initiatives and compensation plans.
This position is intended to be conducted in the state of New Mexico.
