Job Description:
The Role: Client Relations: Supercharge your early career and growth at Fidelity with personalized support knowledgeable career guides and celebration of your achievements while learning about Fidelity and building skills and experiences. In this role you will be a front facingclient intern. Youll be job shadowing other associates listening on phone calls and start taking calls on your own as we help you build confidence and get the customer facing experience in real time. Engage in dedicated time each week to connect and refuel by completing individual/group tasks & projects networking with colleagues and building client relationships. This internship could lead into sales or customer service full time roles such as the Investment Sales Associate role Customer Relationship Advocate role and Workplace Planning Associate.
The Skills You Bring
Demonstrate empathy and passion for helping people and ensure an excellent customer experience through a phone interaction.
Effective Communication
Desire to establish rapport and relationships with customers and the team through effective communication
A strong interest in financial services and/or getting FINRA licenses post graduation
Ability to handle different types of situations emotions and conversations driving towards a resolution suitable for all
