Social Media Summer Intern

Midas Hospitality is a leading hotel management company committed to providing exceptional guest experience. We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Intern to join our team this summer. This internship will play a key role in supporting the current marketing team and operational success at the hotels within your assigned portfolio all while enhancing our social media presence and brand image.
This is a part time position working Tuesday Thursday from 10AM 4PM during the summer.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Assist in creating and curating content for various social media platforms (Instagram Facebook Twitter LinkedIn TikTok etc..
- Develop and design eyecatching graphics and multimedia content (using tools like Canva Photoshop or Illustrator) to enhance social media posts.
- Assist in brainstorming and executing campaigns to boost engagement and followers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement new strategies.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications Graphic Design or a related field.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva Photoshop Illustrator etc..
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior social media management or graphic design experience is a plus
