JOB TITLE: Senior Analyst Advanced Analytics
DEPARTMENT: Analytics
REPORTS TO: Senior Manager Advanced Analytics
MAJOR PURPOSE:
The Senior Analyst Advanced Analytics is a seriously datacurious team member who will help develop and execute our partners media campaigns as well as Net Conversions companywide strategies that support business goals and objectives. The Senior Analyst Advanced Analytics will lead efforts to gather analyze and compile data needed to identify trends and patterns for our partners then make recommendations for business actions and ultimately drive our partners to their desired measurable results.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Role will support teams working across multiple platforms
- Lead partner engagement for assigned accounts
- Gathers data from a variety of partner sources and assesses market strategies by analyzing related products markets or trends
- Uses business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor partner spend
- Identifies markets for future development and environmental changes to improve partner reach
- Identifies trends to support actionable recommendations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
- 34 years of experience with digital media business intelligence and/or web analytics to grow as a member of a resultsdriven team learning and leveraging media optimization and data analysis to achieve partner goals
- Ideal candidate enjoys problem solving is data curious a power user in spreadsheets
- (Excel/Google sheets) enjoys data visualization and can jump into any data platform with minimal oversight
- Should have a working knowledge and understanding of a combination 23 of the below platforms or technologies:
- Reporting/analysis of online marketing channels (Meta DCM Google Ads etc.
- Reporting/segmentation within either Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Experience with BI/report platforms like PowerBI Tableau Domo Datorama Google Cloud Looker Studio
- Experience in platform implementation/tagging (jQuery/JavaScript) through GTM DTM or Launch with exposure to A/B testing metadata/taxonomy and tracking standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely organized with great attention to detail
- Excellent ability to analyze information and think systematically
- Ability to lead a team of 13 analysts
- Strong business analysis skills
- Thorough understanding of the companys business processes and the industry at large
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- 34 years relevant experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Management Economics Accounting Finance or Computer and Information Science required; Masters degree preferred.
